YOUTH KARATE

Mental Objectives: self-esteem, focus, confidence, cooperation, respect, and self-control. Physical Objectives: coordination, fitness, self-defense, speed, and power. Imagine what an advantage your child would have in the future learning Martial Arts today. Imagine the boost to his self-esteem or how self-confident she will become. In addition, in our classes children are taught tools for resolving conflict peacefully, and instructed how to use their self-defense skills appropriately.

ADULT KARATE

Mental Objectives: focus and confidence. Physical Objectives: coordination, self-defense, flexibility, speed and power. Many people begin Martial Arts training for the superb self-defense applications and are pleasantly surprised by many other benefits of the practice. Martial Arts will increase your mental focus and self-discipline, skills which will transfer to all areas of your life. Adult students do not generally train in order to prove something to someone else, but rather to themselves.
